Prescriptions
Order your repeat medication with our online form.
Routine requests for repeat prescriptions can be made in the following ways:
- In person – drop your repeat slip off at reception with the required items clearly marked
- Online using GP Online- you can register for this online by completing the Register for Online Services form
- Online using our Form – you can request medication by completing the Repeat Prescription Request form
Urgent Requests
Requests for urgent prescriptions will be ready to be collected by 16:00 the same day, but please try to request these by in person and allow us 48 hours if it is not urgent .
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
